The converter converts optical Gigabit Ethernet via an embedded miniGBIC module (SFP) to metallic Ethernet. The device has one 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet port and one 1.25 Gbps optical port . It enables connection via optical fiber up to a distance of 100 km . The maximum length of the metallic connection is 100 m. The advantages are high insulation protection, good data security, work stability and easy maintenance.
